About Barbara Asboth
I’ve worked with global commercial clients such as PlayStation, Fujifilm and Global Fashion Group just to name a few. My portrait work has been showcased in the UK Houses of Parliament and Galerie Joseph Le Marais in Paris as well as in the worldwide touring exhibition of Atlas of Humanity. You might also spot my book, Faces of Shoreditch, on the shelves and online, thanks to Amberley Books. I’ve also had the honour of my work being highlighted in the Photo VOGUE directory, Digital Photographer magazine, FUJILOVE magazine, among others.
Beyond using a camera, I’ve been invited to judge print competitions such as the [Focus] on Photography 2022 exhibition at the Heseltine Gallery, and yearly competitions for the Banbury Camera Club. I have also given guest lectures on portrait photography to A-Level Photography students at Chenderit School. I truly believe in nurturing creativity and sharing our wisdom with the upcoming generation. I’m also proud to volunteer as a Remember My Baby photographer.
My mission is simple: I want to help everyone see photographs as more than just snapshots. They’re treasures that hold memories and timeless art, not just for us, but for our children and beyond.
I’m based in Banbury, Oxfordshire, and cover the Cotswolds, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, London and beyond, all over the country and even abroad, should you like to fly me out. To book your complimentary, no-obligation discovery call, just send me a message.
