This is just a very small selection to show the diverse range of events I’ve captured over the last 10+ years. I Events can be so varied in lighting and what’s going on that no two are exactly the same!

With 10+ years of experience photographing events across the country, I offer a comprehensive, professional and friendly service for your corporate and event photography needs.

I’ve covered many corporate events; conferences; talks; networking meetings; PR photo ops, charity events; arts festivals; markets and fairs; high-end private functions, and more. My friendly and approachable manner ensures your guests feel at ease as much as possible; being photographed at events can be stressful for many of us, after all.

Conveniently located between London and Birmingham, in Banbury along the M40, so I am able to cover most of the South-East and the Midlands for event photography bookings.

Pricing

Professional event photography in the Banbury & Oxford area starts at £150 per hour including editing & travel.

Event and corporate photography in London, Birmingham, and beyond, from £500 half day / £950 full day including editing & travel.
*I may be able to take shorter bookings if I am already in your area on another job on your event date, so please do ask if you’re interested in working with me.

Usually it’s a 5-7 business day turnaround for non-PR events (1 day for PR) but I can offer a complete next-day turnaround for an additional fee. Non-PR events still receive some previews usually next day, or if needed, I can send unedited web sized images through to your phone if there is time at the event.

I’ll send you an online gallery or a WeTransfer link, as you prefer.

I can use both, whatever is needed. I prefer to use natural light where possible, so as not to distract any attendees, but in some situations a flash will be unavoidable – in this case I aim to be discreet. We can discuss your preferences about this before the event.

The standard commercial use license includes editorial and commercial use rights for the business named in our contract (subject to existing laws around commercial licensing of photography with identifiable people). If you’d like to re-sell the images to a third party though, please ask and we can negotiate an extended commercial license.

I have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance through PolicyBee/Hiscox (policy no. 14791356). I carry backup equipment with me so that if something breaks or malfunctions, I can continue working with minimal interruption to coverage. I shoot on dual memory cards, too, so if one becomes corrupted I have a full backup on the other card by default so your images aren’t lost.
